石梁趙民主共和國總理是石梁趙民主共和國的政府首腦及最高實權者和海上巡防署指揮官，設立於2024年9月24日，總理的權力可以說是絕對的，石梁趙民主共和國所有內閣成員都必須直接聽命於總理包總統，若有任何意見意見，必須擁有總理的批准才能進行。由於石梁趙是議會共和制國家，總理才是擁有實際行政權力的最高領導人。
石梁趙民主共和國總理任期由議會決定，無連任限制，但通常取決於議會想總理做多久。直至舉行新的選舉。
現行法律禁止侮辱石梁趙民主共和國總理。石梁趙刑法第6條，禁止侮辱石梁趙民族、也禁止侮辱石梁趙民主共和國、石梁趙的政府機構或石梁趙的民族英雄，也禁止侮辱石梁趙人民。在石梁趙，觸犯刑法第6條的人，也就是侮辱石梁趙的人，可處移除國籍或驅逐出境。
總理配飾
石梁趙民主共和國的總理的就職典禮通常會佩戴一頂皇冠進場。稱為石梁趙大皇冠。象徵絕總理至高無上的地位。勻用於就職典禮或出席重要場合。目前由總理所保管。放在總理辦公室的其中一個展示櫃。
