石梁趙民主共和國議會 (英文： Shiliang Zhao Democratic Republic Parliament ) 簡稱石梁趙議會，設於石梁趙的首都，是石梁趙民主共和國的最高機構。石梁趙議會為一院制，議會由90席的議員所組成。

“	I, ______ , swear by Almighty God that, being a member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, I will uphold the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, bear allegiance to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and serve the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region conscientiously, dutifully, in full accordance with the law, honestly and with integrity.	”

誓詞使用之語言可以採用粵語、英語或普通話中其中一種語言。「全能上帝」及「全能天主」的英文翻譯均是「Almighty God」。
