本作品之圖案設計受中華民國《著作權法》之完整保護。自創作完成之日起，著作人即依法享有排他性之壟斷權利。任何個人、法人或團體未經著作權人書面明示授權前，必須嚴格遵守以下法律限制：
一、 禁止之侵權行為
禁止未授權之重製與散布（著作權法第91條、第92條）：嚴禁以數位下載、截圖、重新上傳、實體印刷、商品製作或任何媒介形式進行複製、重製、散布或公開傳輸。
禁止改作與侵害人格權（著作權法第17條、第92條）：本圖案之色彩配置、線條、構圖比例均屬原創。嚴禁對本圖案進行去背、局部裁切、色調調整、圖案拼接等二次改作行為。亦不得任意隱匿或變更創作者「黃恩淯」之姓名表示（侵害姓名表示權）。
禁止商業營利與不當得利（民法第179條）：嚴禁將此圖案用於任何商業營利、品牌標誌、廣告稿件、個人營利社群大頭貼、或商品包裝之設計。
二、 刑事與民事賠償責任警告
若發現未經授權之盜用、商業複製、改作或公開散布行為，權利人將採取法律行動，絕不寬貸：
刑事責任：依中華民國《著作權法》第91條規定，擅自以重製之方法侵害他人之著作財產權者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役，或科或併科新臺幣七十五萬元以下罰金。意圖營利而犯之者，刑責更重。
民事損害賠償：依《著作權法》第88條，侵權者須負民事損害賠償責任。若被害人不易證明其實際損害額，得請求法院依侵害情節，酌定新臺幣一萬元以上一百萬元以下之賠償金額。
三、 網路合理使用（Fair Use）之極限

Legal Rights and Prohibitions Against Commercial Replication (Applicable under R.O.C. Law)

This design is fully protected under the Copyright Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The author automatically enjoys exclusive and monopolistic rights over this work from the date of its completion. Any individual, legal entity, or organization must strictly abide by the following legal restrictions unless explicit prior written authorization is granted by the copyright owner:
1. Prohibited Infringements
Prohibition of Unauthorized Reproduction and Distribution (Articles 91 and 92 of the Copyright Act): Any form of copying, replicating, screenshots, re-uploading, physical printing, merchandising, or distribution/public transmission across any medium is strictly prohibited.

2. Warning on Criminal and Civil Liability
The right holder will take immediate legal action against any discovered instances of unauthorized misappropriation, commercial replication, adaptation, or public distribution without leniency:
Criminal Liability: According to Article 91 of the R.O.C. Copyright Act, any person who infringes upon the economic rights of another by reproducing their work without authorization shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than three years, detention, or in lieu thereof or in addition thereto, a fine of not more than NT$750,000. Punishments are more severe if committed with the intent to make a profit.
Civil Damages: According to Article 88 of the Copyright Act, the infringer shall be liable for civil damages. If the injured party has difficulty proving actual monetary damages, they may request the court to assess damages ranging from NT$10,000 to NT$1,000,000, depending on the severity of the infringement.
3. Limitations of Online Fair Use
